Team Deathmatch Hud (For events)

This was done as a request, releasing it for use in acf events

Features:

Previously included rank system for kills (gold, silver, bronze)
2 Teams (Red/Blue)
Timer with "Game Ended!" text once it runs out
Chat commands
-.timer set <seconds> (Default 1800, 30 minutes)
-.timer reset
-.timer start

Kills will not be accepted after timer has ran out
