ACE (Armored Combat Extended) is a community website for an open-source Garry's Mod addon. It is operated by volunteers and is not a commercial service. We do not sell products or services through this website.

4.3 Game Content Guidelines

As a gaming community, we understand that game-related content may include:

• Military and combat-themed content (appropriate for Garry's Mod)
• Screenshots and videos from games
• Discussions about game mechanics including weapons and vehicles

This content is acceptable when clearly related to gaming. Real-world violence promotion is not permitted.

5User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post. However, by posting content on ACE (Armored Combat Extended), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Display your content on the website
• Store and back up your content
• Share your content as part of the website's features (e.g., forum posts visible to others)

Any donations made through Ko-fi, Boosty, or other platforms are:

• Not investments that entitle you to any ownership or returns

7.2 Use of Donations

Donations help cover costs such as:

• Server hosting and infrastructure

7.3 No Guarantees

Donations do not guarantee:

• Any specific features, updates, or development
• Continued operation of the website or project

8Open Source Project

ACE (the Garry's Mod addon) is an open-source project. The addon's source code is available under its respective license on GitHub.

This website is a community platform separate from the addon itself. While we support the ACE project, we are not the sole maintainers of the addon's codebase.

Contributions to the ACE addon are governed by the addon's own license and contribution guidelines.
