PAC to P2M Converter (PAC to E2 Holo Format!)

here's a neat little code i made from the pac to holo code shadowscion made a long time ago, using the pac to holo's format, you can now convert it to p2m, with proper parent support, so it can also be rigged using holos, somewhat full documentation inside
