于是王宇成先在武劲松、王焕还有常遇秋等红龙军火部成熟总师的辅助下花了两年时间补课从全新的智能网络所需的高端芯片到车辆分系统设计制造等在内的各种基础学科内容为新车做铺垫。随后在2073年，同行冯·黑内尔·骥在来红马的授意和张凌雪的汇报中正式开始手搓SP858木瓜原型车，王宇成在审计这一项目的财务和项目指标书时发现子夜未央厂可能已经具备做出王宇成所想的高度体系化的新型车辆的条件，于是王宇成先临时搞了个wyc10概念车用来给完全鼠目寸光的瞒宗看并成功诓到即将破产的东亚分部的大量米儿然后王宇成又去找来红马要来了跟冯·黑内尔·骥的项目数目一样的米儿。随后王宇成正式将新车研制进度迈入具体项目阶段。

由于担心有张忠保组织私生饭性质的东亚分部小登（事后证明来红马发力给张忠保通过安排对东亚政府的观察而给摁那儿了）来骚扰他的研制工作，因此他决定该项目应处于保密状态且参与项目研制的人员应当深居简出尽可能住在子夜未央厂里。随着来红马在混乱的时局里安排刘桑那边为子夜未央厂开了另一条加密通讯专线使得武劲松王焕常遇秋等总师也可以参加该项目的研制工作，王宇成得以在2073年末委托武劲松等总师在他的授意下大改原先的wyc10概念车。武劲松在参考了他最新的UE FUTAKOU IFV的总体布局之后决定根据wyc10概念车的侧面几何尺寸而加宽加长车体的同时应用SP858木瓜同款的弹药燃油全隔离设计并使用红龙整机部的3.3L多燃料V6机器（该发动机跟SP858木瓜所用的机器是一个系列的且大部分零件都能互换）且车重必须限制在20吨以下。

随后武劲松和王焕在看了一眼各自手头上搞的装输项目之后决定这款王宇成的新车未必需要物理上的装甲十分厚重而是需要够用的物理装甲和可以充当装甲的体系化智能化程度（精神FCS是吧（））。车辆的正面装甲被设定为50mm东亚分部祖传夹芯板等效200mm均质钢，侧面应用张生瑞防护概论影响下的侧面上部10mm裙板+20mm上部侧箱+空气+20mm基础装甲+30/50mm芳纶纤维布，车后部则只需要抗住10个西洋PMC用全自动的7.62X51mm DUDS贫铀弹发射器射5分钟即可。武劲松还为其设计了至少20mm的底板装甲并保留安装50mm芳纶纤维内衬的空间。车辆虽然没有非常绝对的装甲厚度但是但整车结构十分硬，全状态的王宇成10/敦煌01对（例如天命机器厂的脑瘫熵增系列）小车具备压倒性的结构强度优势和装甲优势。车辆同样使用红龙发电机部的液压无级变速加红龙军火部的零差速转向系统，极速高达80km/h。

火力系统方面，由于冯·黑内尔·骥手上的遥控武器站还在手搓中且不一定匹配王宇成10项目的需求，来红马再次出山调拨李藦川的小型遥控武器站并由武劲松进行兽人化改造，武劲松尽力往李藦川的遥控武器站的主炮位置里塞进了红龙CT30135型埋头弹机炮并在李藦川的遥控武器站的机枪位置里塞进了只能射一次的红龙产9M14NG型反坦克导弹发射器。在2075年甚至是2078年之前，这套火力在步战车甚至是东亚分部的装甲车辆里都算是很强的。2078年之后，王宇成让武劲松继续加强火力，武劲松看完之后释怀地往李藦川的小遥控武器站里塞下了独特的中国甲弹对抗协会产葡萄地35JS型高射速机炮和红龙产9M133NG型大口径反坦克导弹。虽然没有本车电视制导但是可以选装通过数据链实现A射B导的代码，另外，葡萄地35JS型高射速机炮虽然只有71穿钢针但是射速高达1800rpm。这意味着车辆可以在2分钟内打光所有备弹（）。

该车的出现不仅是王宇成对张忠保的一次漂亮回击，更是填补了东亚分部装甲车辆序列里没有小吨位体系化步战车的空白。

与此同时，王宇成正在着手研制王宇成10/敦煌01的继任者及王宇成10车系中的火炮防空导弹防空弹炮一体防空等变形车。

【FOR ALL OF YOU WHO CAN'T FLAY:】

The development of Wang Yucheng10/Dunhuang01 began when Wang Yucheng, the director of the ziyeweiyangfac, reported to Lai Hongma in late 2070. At that time, Zhang Zhongbao angrily interrupted him, accusing Wang Yucheng of "taking Zhang Shengrui's close-range anti-aircraft gun and PAC2 drawings but not taking responsibility for zhangshengrui's PAC2 production." In terms of the firepower system, since Feng Heinel's remote weapon station was still in the development stage and might not fully meet Wang Yucheng's 10-item requirements, Lai Hongma once again came out of retirement to allocate Li Luchuan's small remote weapon station and have Wu Jinsong carry out the Beastman transformation. Wu Jinsong tried his best to fit the Red Dragon CT30135 type submerged cannon into the main gun position of Li Luchuan's remote weapon station and the Red Dragon 9M14NG type anti-tank missile launcher, which can only be fired once, into the machine gun position. Before 2075 or even 2078, this firepower was considered quite strong in infantry fighting vehicles and even in the armored vehicles of the East Asia branch. After 2078, Wang Yucheng asked Wu Jinsong to continue enhancing the firepower. After reviewing the situation, Wu Jinsong relieved himself and fitted the unique Chinese Armored Missile Countermeasures Association's Grapefield 35JS type high-rate-of-fire cannon and the Red Dragon 9M133NG type large-caliber anti-tank missile into Li Luchuan's small remote weapon station.
