We want to bring
builders together.
Addon communities are scattered โ Discord servers, GitHub wikis, workshop pages. Knowledge gets buried. New builders don't know where to start. We want everything in one place.
Sandbox games are special because you can build what you imagine. That's how it started for many of us. We want to keep that spirit alive.
What your community gets

From a builder's perspective
Why this matters to the people using your addon
Finding things shouldn't be a quest
"How do I wire this?" shouldn't need three Discord servers, a GitHub wiki, and a 2019 forum thread.
Discovering tools they didn't know existed
Great addons are buried in the Workshop. When everything's in one place, builders find stuff by accident.
A community bigger than one addon
Right now communities are separate. We want builders sharing contraptions that combine multiple addons.
Building content deserves a spotlight
Builders aren't exactly fans of Skibidi toilets and nextbot runaways. The creative side of GMod deserves its own space.
Why it matters to us
What the ACE community gets when you join
More builds to discover
Every partner brings their community's creations. More dupes, more presets, more inspiration.
More useful guides
Your wiki articles, tutorials, and resources add to the shared knowledge base. Everyone benefits.
One unified place
Instead of bookmarking five different wikis and Discord servers, builders have one platform.
Faster collaboration
Bug reports get seen. Feature requests come from real use cases. The feedback loop gets shorter.
Why we're doing this
ACE started as a combat addon, but the community is really about building. The more we built, the more we realized the tools we rely on are scattered everywhere. You go to another server, one tool missing. Then you try another - same thing. The collective knowledge that we have built is laying somewhere in discord, it can't be recovered.
We wanted a platform where it all lives together โ not just for ACE, but for every addon builders use alongside it.
The ACE addon is open source and always will be. This website is how we support the community around it. If you want to help โ feedback, pull requests directly to website (we can discuss it), or monthly support to cover costs โ we'd appreciate it.
Your Discord, connected to the knowledge base
A bot that works in your server. Builders ask, it finds wiki articles, forum threads, builds. Name it whatever you want โ the links lead here.
One answer can use a small LLM to search smarter โ not generate content, just find better results. *these are ai generated examples, but they give you the understanding what could be done with it.
Bot names shown are examples โ each partner can use their own. Links always lead to the relevant wiki/docs/forum pages.
