Finds entities in a ray
Parameters

startpos | Vector | The ray start |
endpos | Vector | The ray end |
mins? | Vector | If not nil, will define a lower bound of the ray's hull |
maxs? | Vector | If not nil, will define an upper bound of the ray's hull |
filter? | function | Optional function to filter results |
