Point limit and weight limit makes it like legit impossible to fight anyone with a single vic under because at-4 does nothing

Point limit / weight is agreed, not sure about at-4, there were a couple of people complaining about it. And personally, I've been getting pretty good kills there too

We have updated point system, idk when the next event will happen, cuz there are some bugs that we need to solve
