problems with the player's hitboxes (UPDATED)

Picture 1: The large green box represents the player's collision with other objects. When the player is standing, all of their body parts are contained within it, which doesn't create any problems.

But if they crouch (picture 2), the player's collision becomes smaller, and then problems arise, because the player's collision is smaller than the player's hitboxes, and damage is only registered to the hitboxes within the player's collision.

And when the player moves while crouching (picture 3), the situation becomes even worse, because the only possible hit points are the thin, moving legs, which absorb less damage, and the small part of the pelvis.
