The base's OnRemove only restores the carry-speed penalty when its fake crate is still valid -- and a tube stripped the instant it fires usually isn't, so the 0.8x (CarrySpeedMul) slow stuck permanently without this override. Always restores the snapshotted speed here first, then defers to the base class for its own crate cleanup.
