Description

Draws the waving cloth as a strip of quads, SEGS segments long, each offset by a sine of time plus its own segment index so the wave travels down the cloth rather than bobbing uniformly.

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
`top`	`Vector`	World position of the cloth's top-left corner (pole tip).
`fwd`	`Vector`	Forward direction the cloth extends along.
`right`	`Vector`	Right direction, used for the wave's sideways offset.
`col`	`Color`	Tint (team colour, or grey while neutral).
