Description

Drives the fixed-step capture accumulator (see ENT:CaptureStep). Runs every server tick but only advances gameplay in whole captureStep (default 0.075s) increments, capped at 8 catch-up steps per call so a lag spike cannot dump a huge burst of capture progress into a single frame.
