Description

Fires whenever CapOwnership actually changes value (checked once per ENT:CaptureStep call, not once per Think). Plays a sound, broadcasts a chat line and, on an actual capture (not a return to neutral), calls TPG.Objectives.OnCapture(self, capTeam) if that function exists.
