TPG.Config.ValidateACE()Description
Detect ACE/ACF and CFW, and force useACEPoints off if CFW is missing. Sets the two globals TPG.ACEAvailable and TPG.CFWAvailable, which is the actual product other systems read afterwards -- callers should not keep the two booleans this returns, they should read those globals (or TPG.Config.useACEPoints) once this has run. The point-limit override is a one-way trip: if useACEPoints was true and CFW is not loaded, this flips it to false and prints a warning, but it never flips it back on a later call, and nothing here checks whether ACE itself is present before doing so -- CFW missing is enough on its own. When ACE is entirely absent this only prints a warning banner; it does not disable the gamemode or fall back to some ACE-free mode, so most gameplay code will still run and fail in less obvious ways downstream.
